Any chance of it being advertised and a link on the official site?

Could the info not be put on the posters? Don't think it would stop fans who currently go from attending, but like Lucy it could attract some lapsed/new supporters.

There is a direct link to 'LeighLife' on the front page of the club site, glow. Presumably you mean that we should advertise the radio station on the club site? Good point. Let's see if we can advertise a direct link to the radio station, when we get the new website going.

You are spot on in recognising that we are trying to attract fans - old & new- through our communications initiatives.

Yes I did mean a direct link to the Radio, especially on matchdays, it should be the splash page (or whatever it called)

We're coming up with new ideas all the time for the broadcast, some of them practicable....some of them not so.



We also have a few new things in the pipeline but they all need testing first and we can only really do this on match day, but if they work out we think they will add a new dimension to our broadcasts. We're really chuffed the broadcasts have been a hit and if we can bring in a few more new speccies then we will have done our job.

As for advertising the broadcasts on the new website, that's a decision for Trevor etc but in the meantime we'll be doing our best to spread the word with links (as and when needed) on this board, the relevant away team board, FB, Twitter and of course LeighLife.

The club's official twitter account will promote on day of game too....

as an aside I'm going to listen to a Bradford broadcast hospy radio that goes live over an hour before the game this afternoon so will see what they do....
