| So after all the signings by Salford, what impact do people think they will have next year?, where will they finish etc?
Also, bearing the above in mind, which two teams do you think will go?
I think Salford may do ok ish next season (you wouldnt expect miracles in one pre season) decent cup run to quarters / semis and possibly an 8th or 9th spot if they do well in league. I doubt they will be in bottom two anyway.
As for whos going, looking at recruitment, it looks like London are a pretty easy option. I think the other spot is between Cas and Wakey. Wakey have money problems but there is a hope they will sort things and they still have some decent hitters, whereas Cas have just lost their main man.
Thoughts?

| Cas have apparently 8 signings to be announced and they will be spending the full cap next season.
Since Millward left Cas have been one of the form teams in the league, that is down to coaching - Powell has done a great job and I expect that to continue.
The teams that will finish bottom 2 for me: London are a given then it depends on how Wakey come through the current money issues and who Widnes sign.

| Not exactly what you'd call eye catching really, Chase and Smith apart i wouldn't have any of them in our squad, not commented on the overseas players as i dont know anything about them.
I suppose they are an improvement on what they have now but can't see that lot making a challenge for the top 4 as he promised.

| Early candidates are Wakefield and London. Who will imo battle it out with Bradford and Cas.

| They are easily capable with the new squad of making it to 5th or 6th place.
For a start their pack will be very aggressive with Hock and Morley in it.
They may have a few players who are getting on a bit, but that hasn't stop Warrington from winning trophys these last few years.
Half back pairing will arguably be the best in the league.
There is also quite a bit of threat in the centres with Meli and Gleeson probably being the starting pairing with Sau being an option centre if not picked in the back row.

Personally I cannot see Bradford being in the bottom two unless off-field matters overtake on-field. London look dead in the water already and any from Wakie, Cas, KR and Widnes.
At least there is something to play for in 2014 for everyone.

| How do you expect a team of crocks and passed their sell by date to go?
Add a few not NRL standard players on "easy" money and you have a team.
Hub cap, Challenge Cup and the laughable Grand Final Winners of course.
We shall see.

| I think they will be right up there. Think the top 5 will be pretty much as it is now, but with Salford, Saints, Catalans & Hull all closer to the top teams. Think KR & Cas will be behind them and Widnes, Wakey, Bradford and London struggling.
