| Some of you on here have moaned on all season about entertainment. Yet I arrive back at the villa after a scoop or two on the way home to find just one thread about the game and that a negative, needless post about our backs.
That for me was sensational. I leapt out of my seat on several occasions, I screamed at the ref, I mocked the Leeds fans, I wollowed in self pity and astonishment and I left with a sore throat and a banging headache. That is exactly what Rugby League is about. If we ignore our calamitious defending for a moment, it does't get much better than that.
Welcome back J-Lo. Looked okay there I must say, not a bad first touch back. Percival was classy bar his error and Vea was a trojan as well. Kyle Amor, the bearded Goliath made me love him even more than I did already, LMS was class again and Robes coming up with his best showing of the season. Even Luke Walsh was rolling back the years, taking on the line several times and making our attack really click at times. But Theo Fages? He won us that game tonight, coming up with three vital, try saving tackles and scoring two good tries. He, over the last four games, is the one redeeming feature of KC's reign, the one thing he looks like he might get right.
Bravo boys, bravo.

| It was fantastic. My negative post was because I know how good we could be its just frustrating watching people play who don't deserve too but yeah I was entertained and although we could tackle a stick tonight ID much prefer that than a sour 32-10 win

| Roby (my man of the match), Walsh, Fages and Lomax provided a good box of tricks and asked a lot of questions in attack. Highlight for me was the big hit on the current Man of Steel by Amor who was able to score in the process.

Its a shame he ruined it by trying to do it again and missing spectacularly on Handley for him to race down field and score!
A right mixed bag tonight, lots of positives and lots of negatives as well! Lomax, Fages and Percival could be causing chaos by the end of the year if they get an injury free run together

You are correct.
He is just not good enough; I've given him the benefit for a long time, hoping he would find his aggression and Mojo. But no, alongside Owens he is not good enough for [uany[/u SL team

| That 2nd try by Fages was brilliant, and Lomax's first try.
Was like the McRae days that, you score 30 we'll score 40 stuff. Loved it. Well done Saints.

It'll go down as a Richards miss, but Amor put him in a tricky situation by flying out of the line and hitting nobody.
By and large I thought our forwards were great with the ball but soft without it. Thankfully Leeds were the same. The difference was that we had a back line and pair of half backs capable of making things happen when we needed them to.
But I agree with the sentiment of the original post - I was up out of my seat and punching the air today. Not a perfect performance but a cracking night.

| Last night was like watching the saints of old, millward would have been proud. Some great attacking moves, backing up and some real great individual performances. We built up leads and then let the opposition back in, causing way too many scary moments. But if you want saints to go back to being the entertainers that is what you have got to put up with. You also have to accept the strong possibility that on any given week we could well get tonked by any other side in the league. You also have to accept that we will also have a couple of players in the side who are a bit rubbish. Bring back the good old days

| I thought Tasi went well last night, he's gradually getting more confidence, like the way he always attracts 3 players finds his front and Roby gets a quicker PTB. Although he missed a few tackles (like everybody else) last night his defence is fairly good compared to the rest of our pack.
