Looks like the decks are being cleared for the possible new investment, First Trevor then Phil. Does that leave just Keith Freer or are John Roddy and Miranda Barker also sit on the BOD.

Administration puts us in champ 1 (RL rules). With the leagues about to be reorganized (rumour) that would probably leave us out of top level RL for ever.

I hope they find a way to avoid it.

Rules are one thing and reality is another. Leigh should be in the second tier of any new format, as we would still be comfortably in the top 20 largest or best supported clubs...

The problem is SL now run the game not the RFL.

But seriously - who would they have instead of Leigh? Oxford?

How about a cumbrian club. Assuming we would automatically be included is a risky game. Especially with our financial record. Lets hope the new consortium can sort it out.

But if there were two divisions of 10 there would be six spots - plenty for fax,fev, sheffield, us and two Cumbrian sides if you wanted them.

I honestly think going into Administration would be the end.

With the current Board stepping down it makes me think that some guarantee has been made to them about the bankoverdraft.

We will not draw many through the gate in Championship 1 with due respect to Hemel Stags Gloucester and Oxford for example and there would and could be no guarantee that if we did enter administration that we would not end up there.

Then there is our players to consider. We have a good squad and don't want to lose any of them.

The Pg's remain with the person, director or not. In admin the bank would want them back from the person
