After watching Leigh tonight with passion and energy is it just our lads who are knackered after the double header? Other teams not hudds and saints also played twice but seem to be fitter than our lot. At this moment in time we will not make top 3 in middle 8s.

no way will any SL lose their place this time, just cant see any championship club strong enough to beat them, no matter how good hull kr fans say their squad is!

Can't see us being relegated, probably a bit over the top. Playing in the middle 8's would be depressing enough though, losing our 100% top flight record when we should be at the other end of the table looking to end our championship title drought. Never mind. I think last year clearly demonstrates that the current setup can be successful, but unfortunately not bearing fruit this year, minus the WCS victory.

There seems to be a we'll be OK attitude running through the Club starting with Smith and the players and it's now filtering through to the fans ... WE SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS POSITION ! I agree with the OP on this we are in trouble and yes I'm worried !

Mikeywire, we should all share your view because the longer SM lets this saga drag on the closer to the reality of Championship rugby we get. There is without doubt a breakdown between players and coaching staff. The players are not playing as was witnessed at Huddersfield again this week we will witness it again.

Several prominent ex-players have said to me and others that the dressing room has gone (their opinion) TS/RA are no longer respected by the players, one of them went as far as saying the fitness regime is nothing like as good as in previous years.

I guess we all have to hope that SM is out there searching for the replacement as we wallow in pity, after all TS will swan off to Catalans.

Since the WCS win our season has been shambolic & the lack of statements from the club about the poor performances on the field has disrespected the fans & sky tv who have shown so many of our games this season.In any other business we would take our custom elsewhere but the club are relying on fan loyalty. Drastic changes will be needed for me to renew my season ticket.
