Sorry to interrupt your pre Grand Final thoughts but we are having our past players dinner tomorrow evening (Halifax RLFC) and we have none other than the legendary Tommy Martyn as our guest speaker.

I just thought it would be nice if some of you Saints fans re-lived some of your fondest memories of a great player and we could give them a mention at the dinner.

You're in for a treat, great speaker and great guy to boot - I arranged for him to do the Ormskirk RU dinner last may and everyone loved him (despite it being a rugby union club dinner, even those who weren't too familiar with him and all the old farts thought he was great).
