The one area I’d like to see a big improvement in today is our kick chase. We are terrible at getting on the end of a high attacking kick and competing for the ball. It’s an integral part of the game nowadays, and we are really poor in that regard. We also need to get up quicker as a team when the ball is kicked into opposition territory. Unfortunately I think our deficiencies in these areas are due to not having fast, athletic enough players to turn the screw and get up there quickly enough either individually or as a team. I also don’t see us threatening teams from long distance with ball in hand due to the same flaws. I hope we compete well today or the storm clouds will be gathering overhead again.

The defence has improved so much since Arthur arrived. We are unrecognisable from the start of last season in that department.  Not starting every set on your own line, makes a hell of a difference. The new signings in the pack have definitely helped. 
Our attack still looks clunky and I'm not sure we carry enough strike in the three quarters, but hopefully that will come. At least if you are playing the game with decent field position then you are giving yourself a chance. 

Chuffed to bits with that win. Wigan are not firing on all cylinders after Vegas and as lucky as our trys were, so we're theirs. For a change, looking forward to watching it back

Agree with that. The pack have taken some stick and rightly so but they’ve stood up big time tonight. There’s still a lot of room for improvement there but it’s much better. Thought Gannon made some great runs. Looks in great shape. Croft best game so far also. Thought he was really sharpe 

Thought we were good value for the win and should give us a huge boost of confidence 

Can see the good work Brad Arthur has done as well. We look much tougher and stronger 

BA was well pleased in his presser, wasn't he? Anybody who thinks he his marking time at HQ is well off. He might go back to Oz, but not because he doesn't rate the club or the players. Big praise from him for Mik ( clearly a  huge fan) Palasia, and Holroyd.
