Good move all round I suspect. Leeds no longer have to pay for his development ( as he would have probably been dual reg again next year). He moves over so others can have a go. And Leeds can call on him if things get bad with injuries.
Big signing for Hunslet. I bet there are some clubs wishing they had moved quicker. But a contract is only a starting point for negotiation, so he could move again if a SL club come calling; and Hunslet need the money too.

I wish the lad well he had some bad luck with a serious knee injury when he was on the verge of a 1st team call up and when he finally got his fitness and form back we had earmarked Hardaker for the 1 shirt.
IF he maintains his form and lives up to his earlier potential i wouldn't be surprised to see him back in SL.
