Hunslet played very well today and their defence in the second half when we had them under pressure was brilliant.
The best team won on the day, good luck Hunslet in the rest of the NR comp and for the the season.

even when they conceded in the last couple of mins, after the effort they had put in, they didnt let there heads drop they kept coming and they got what they deserved

We did not deserve to win today and Hunslet were the better team and wanted it more on the day.
I would have said you fully deserved the victory today but was very disappointed by your thug tactics near the end. I know you were under intense pressure but there were constant high tackles and fists going in on the tackle, mainly by the Kray brothers you have playing for you.
It was not helped by Ronnie the Whistle, who didn't do too bad until the end when he let too many things go and the game deteriorated down.

no one can blame the ref today halifax were awful but i also think the team selection was way off !! why rest so many class players, yes they played thursday so what, this was never going to be an easy game picked up what looked like some bad injuries too today Branners was struggling with a bad shoulder for 60 minutes,

I'd like to add my "well done" to Huns, they won by out-scoring us, 42 points away from home is a fair achievement at any level. Matt Calland said on the radio that Branno was suffering from a neck injury, not his shoulder.

He seemed to get that in the 1st half when nearly scoring in the corner. Fair play to him for carrying on for as long as he did.

Playing twice in four days =#FF0000does take it out of the players. Should be a good game next week - I expect to see a different 'Fax!Leigh are much more competitive this season, with a vastly improved and organised defence. On attack, we constantly spill the ball, but are still managing to score points.
